SOLVED : The class could not be found or loaded issue in Drupal

Mostly we are facing the error while developing or installing module/distribution.

Below is an example from Open Social distribution to resolved the error - The form class Drupal\social\Installer\Form\ModuleConfigureForm could not be found or loaded
