Configure Metatag Views (metatag_views) with multilingual website's page title for Drupal 8 / 9 / 10

Prerequisite

  • Install Drupal with standard language other then English (e.g. Malayalam)
  • Install modules Token, Metatags, Metatag Views and Configuration Translation
  • Create new content list view with page

Steps

  • Then override the metatag for the view with "[current-page:title] | [site:name]" or what ever your pattern is.
  • Then translate this view and change display title:views translation
  • Check the view page title on all available languages (Sometime required cache clear)
